Influence – people with a dominate I trait are usually people-oriented and are viewed as outgoing and likable. They are inspiring and involved and can influence situations.

About DISC Behavioral Assessments
The DISC behavioral assessment is a tool that uses four value indexes (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) to deepen one’s understanding of themselves in order to improve their teamwork, management skills, or personal relationship communication.

The DISC behavior model was first theorized in 1928 by William Moulton Marston, a physiological psychologist. Since then, the DISC behavioral model has been highly researched, applied, and improved upon. The assessments have been used by all business types, from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses.

How It Works
This test contains two sections. The first section contains 28 questions, where you choose the word that is most and least like you. The second section has 10 questions formatted as a list. In that list, sort the words you identify with in order from “most” to “least.”

Answer each question honestly and spontaneously. It should take you twenty minutes to complete the assessment.
